  • my Career PATH is our online careers centre. It's available 24/7, is completely confidential and will help you assess your talents, values, motivators and preferences and develop your own career plan
  • CV writing and interview preparation tips are on eCHO - see the Job Applications discussion forum
  • job vacancies are advertised on our careers recruitment website
  • to support managers to have effective career discussions with staff, a Career Coaching Skills Toolkit is available
  • our GROWTH coaching programme supports leader career development
  • staff members can book an appointment for a confidential, individual career discussion with our own career development consultant, Erica Hodgson ( (09) 486 8920 ext 2933
